package to Tokyo lost - LP076303514CN

I have a package from China LP076303514CN that is showing arrived in Japan, Kawasaki on June 5th reported by China post.
However I checked with Japan post and they confirmed that the package was not on the shipping container that arrived in Japan on June 5th. They said the package has not arrived in Japan and asked China post to investigate.
Please help.

Hi ericf,

It should be stuck at the customs now. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and check it for you.

It cannot be at customs when the package was not on the shipping container on June 5th (as reported by china post). The item has not arrived in Japan.
