Hi
I have a 15-20 kg package to send to Iran from Shanghai by your service.
It's merchandise and must be delivered to Shiraz (if possible) if no deliver to capital of Iran, Tehran.
Could you please send me the fare(cost) for this sending package by ship and also by flight and how many days take for delivery. I could not find information from website..

Thank you, Yes I am in Shanghai-China but because I do not know Chinese and they (clerks) do not know English. please let me know if there is office in which they know English in Shanghai. Also please send me the online page and then I can use translator

I think you can go to one of the large Post office in the in the center area of Shanghai. There must be some staff who could speak English. As when you go there to deliver your package, you still need to communicate with them. Or, do you have Chinese friends who can help you to ask there?
