I've sent two packages to Busan, Korea and I would like to get some information about them.
1) The first one, CP399426965CN, came to Seoul on December, 25 and there is no updates still then.
2) The other CP399427016CN has status 郑州市, 【郑州交换站】退回. What does it mean? How will it proceed next?

1) CP399426965CN is sent bya cheap way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking information after it arrives in South Korea. If you couldn't receive it in time, contact the selelr to give you a solution as soon as possible.
