Package to China, cleared customs more than 30 days ago, how contact ChinaPost?

I posted a package TO China to return merchandise to a vendor. Tracking shows that the package cleared China import customs over 30 days ago, but the vendor has not received it and no further tracking appears.
How do I contact China Post, me being the sender of the package, to ask them to find it?

Thank you Daisy. I have asked the received, a merchant; it's a bit difficult to know what they understand and what they'll do.
It's .. disappointing .. that it is not possible for a sender, outside of China, to contact ChinaPost, to try to follow up the status of a package :-(

You'd better let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11185 to check it. You couldn't contact China Post directly from abroad.
