Hi Mak,

It was received by airline on Dec.5 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Package yet not received, in transit for 72 days (3 replies)

I have a package that I bought online and shipped out with tracking #CP411842453CN, it's says it left China on May 8 and is in route to Canada, it is now July 10, 72 days in transit. I contacted our Canada post office and they say item hasn't entered Canada yet, my question is where is my package as seems to be in limbo, has it become lost or will I still receive it??
