Package Taking Way too long

My package (Tracking No. EB750125926CN) was supposed to be a 7-10 day parcel however it has been 23 days and has not left China. The last marked location on August 2nd is still in China and does not say it departed for the US. How much longer am I going to have to wait? I’ve used EMS 3 times and this is my second having a problem.

Hi Collin Brennan,

EMS is slow to the US now. The delivery time couldn't be guaranteed. You'd better wait for more days to see.
