Package successfully delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Hello,
I have received the delivery notice, tracking number AM505813915CN that my package had been delivered but the parcels, two heavy boxes, were not on my doorstep. I have asked my neighbors and no one has seen the delivery truck or my parcels. I have reached the company who sold me the product (POLLCOLA) and they told me to: "check the express lockers or pickup points near your home and surrounding areas" or contact "the post office", which I have done and they have nothing concerning the "tracking number AM505813915CN", saying it is an international delivery. I cannot check any of their advice since I don't know who delivered the parcels. I also asked them for the PICTURE of the delivery and they have not provided any. Please advise on what do to do next! Hi Ariane Tetrault,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Canada. Then, use the number to check with Canada Post about the address they delivered to.
