It's not stuck in Guangzhou, China. It moves in fact. China Post usually stopped updating after the status of 'Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open' for package with tracking number consisting of 11 digits only.
Tracking number consisting of 11 digits only belongs to China Post Ordinary Small Packet. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it because it's not registered. Two or three months are usually taken for it to reach the destination country.
