Package stuck, The shipment is handed over in bulk final acceptance of the item

Hi,
I ordered a package (RU890749919NL) from China to Italy on 28 Nov 2021 and since December it has been stuck in Netherlands with this notification:
"The shipment is handed over in bulk final acceptance of the item to be confirmed"
I contacted Italian post service and they told me the package is still in Netherlands and they don't have additional information, I also contacted postNL and they told me the package is in transit so they don't know why it is stuck, the seller contacted the courier and they say it has arrived destination country but it is not true.

It hasn't arrived in Italy. It may be lost of delayed due to some reason. You need to contact the seller give you a solution in time.
