Package stuck part 2

sorry, i just submitted this same question a few hours ago but realized I did not include a tracking number. My package has been stuck at a US shipping center for the past 2 and half weeks and hasn't moved. It's been a month since my order and it says that my order was supposed to arrive in less than 15 days.
Tracking number: AS432504385CN

Hi ccc,

It's still in transit and hasn't got by USPS. You need to wait for more days to receive it. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

An part of the text is not readable but then followed by something like
