Package stuck over a month

Hi, it is said that my package is sent, but it didnt even moved. The only information I get is this “Your shipment has been reviewed by EU Customs and sent to the next step for processing.
Guangzhou, Guangdong” and it’s from 12.6.2024.
Tracking ID is: LZ019587702CN
