PACKAGE STUCK ON "THE AIRLINE RECEIVES IT" FOR 2 WEEKS

Hello, someone sent 4 pairs of shoes from China to the UK, and they haven't arrived in nearly 30 days! For all 4 pairs, the tracking information has not been updated for 2 weeks and is stuck on "the airline receives it"! I need to know what happened to my package immediately! Here are the tracking numbers of 4 packages:

Im in the same situtation, they said to me, "Due to the coronavirus, most of the packages are delayed. You'd better wait for more days to get update for them"

Package tracking number LY527547451CN. It has been stuck on "received by the carrier"/"airline receives it" since 11/15. Could you please tell me where my package is or if it has been lost? Especially since others that have placed orders after me have gotten their packages before me which is odd.
