Package stuck on Jinan International Mail Processing Center.

My package (code UD265976775CN) has been stuck on Jinan International since August 12th. All my other parcels have been already shipped to my country but there are no updates on this one.
Can anybody inform me if something wrong has happened or if it has already been shipped?

It's not stuck in Jinan. It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after August 11. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

mesage reads,,,Jinan international exchange station RETURNED. My question is ..Is this item,,an electric guitar..has been returned to the seller..who sold it it me? Does he knows this RETURNED ? Should I contact him throught EBAY? THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY ON THIS.
