Package stuck in transit from past 23 days

I have sent a parcel to New Zealand on 30.05.24. The only update available is that it has reached Hong Kong on 02.06.24. Since then no futher update is available. Please help me with the current status of the parcel.

We could only see it;s in transit to New Zealand now. Do you have any other tracking number for it?
