Package stuck "in transit" for 2 weeks

|

Hi, my package has been stuck in transit/hand over to airline with no updates for 2 weeks, and I was told earlier delivery would take around 15-20 days, and it has been 3 weeks now.
I would like to know what has happened.

Thank you!

Hi ShayN,

It's still in transit to Australia and hasn't arrived. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in your country. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you can contact the seller to give you a solution.

Hello, my last tracking update was 11days ago. It has said “Fuzhou, Handed over to airlines” for a while now. I would like to know where it is now and how much longer i’d have to wait to get my package. I was hoping it would arrive next week.

Hi bizzgetpaid,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in your country after it was handed over to airlines. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Two packages both stuck in transit (0 reply)

I have 2 shipments both stopped moving when they hit customs. They were ordered weeks apart, came from different companies, have different items packaged, and are in different airports. They are both awaiting USPS to take possession. One is over 40 days stuck. The other is several weeks stuck. These are the tracking numbers:
