Package stuck in transit at Ningbo for 21 days

I am just wondering whether the package will be ship anytime soon and why has it not been ship yet? Is it due to the no airline, or the border isn't open yet?

Hi Uefa,

Airline departs on April 30 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I am tracking parcel CJ188312808US which was mailed on 7/14/21 and the parcel is being shown held in Customs in Ningbo, China. Can you please provide me the address of the Ningbo Customs so that the recipient may be able to retrieve the package as it contains his high school diploma.
