Package stuck in transit

Hello, I gave a package that a returned back to the seller. Is there a way I or the seller can claim the package and send it through to her. Or is there a way for china post to send it back to me? My tracking number is EJ304963250AU.

Hi Dupe Obatoki,

It's stuck at the customs now. You can let the seller call China customs number 12360 to return it back to you.
