Package stuck in transit

Hi
my package LV499016027CN has been “in transit” for more than 5 days now. Before that it has been in “handed over to the carrier for transportation” fore more than 10 days.
So could you tell me why is it stuck in transit for more than 5 days .

Hi Yassmah,

It's sent by e-packet. E-packet takes about 20-60 days to be delivered. It may be delayed on the road due to different situations. There will be update when it arrives in Canada. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
