Package stuck in transit

I have ordered using EMS before however my parcel has now been stuck in transit for 38 DAYS. This is not acceptable. I want an update now

Hi MarkT,

If there is no update in tracking number, it means it's still stuck there. If you couldn't receive it in two months, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
