Package stuck in the linehaul office

Hi! My package from AliExpress has been stuck in the linehaul office for over two weeks - right before its final destination. It arrived to my city but it's still sitting at the linehaul office for so long. Is there a way to find out what's going on and move the process and get the package soon?
