Package stuck in the destination airport for more than 12 days. please help

I am expecting a package EB746776571CN from China to the US. The package has arrived at the destination airport on 6/16 but still no update since then. Can someone help to solve the issue? It's a Priority Express International Mail, and it shouldn't delay for such long. Shall I call the Airline company to find out? Thanks!

EMS is slow at present. It's delayed due to the coronavirus in Guangzhou. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in UK.

I am in the California, US not in the UK. We don’t have the quarantine anymore. Can you please look into the tracking number provided and offer the exact reason why it’s on hold at the destination airport? Thanks!
