Package stuck in Suzhou

My package tracking number is LO839855197CN
It has been stuck in Suzhou for more than a month now, at first I suspected that tracking was wrong but now I'm worried the package is lost.
Any chance I can have an update on where it is?

Hi Daniel,

It's still in transit to Australia now. I suggest you wait for 15 more days to see if there is any update. If not, contact the seller in time to get a solution.

I ordered a package back in 8th june and was due to be here in Ireland by the 21st of june and still have no recieved it , Theres been no movement from the tracking information , UJ485531484CN

My tracking number is UJ283221586CN and it's hasn't been moving since the 10th of April. It says that the next stop should be Suzhou International but it doesn't look like it will ever arrive there (it hasn't moved for 17 days). So I want to ask if my package has already arrived at Suzhou International or if it still didn't arrive and probably never will
