Package stuck in Singapore for 9 days

I have a high value large package stuck in Singapore for 9 days. it's stuck on the status: Despatched to OverSeas Postal Admin (From SG/SIN to AU/SYD) I ordered this item from aliexpress on the 8th of last month, meanwhile other small less value packages i ordered later have already arrived. The tracking number is: AUS416635601512. Thank you
