I have a high value large package stuck in Singapore for 9 days. it's stuck on the status: Despatched to OverSeas Postal Admin (From SG/SIN to AU/SYD) I ordered this item from aliexpress on the 8th of last month, meanwhile other small less value packages i ordered later have already arrived. My parcel status ha stuck from 22 days in singapore seller is not replying also the shipping method is standard from on official featured store i dont know which type of services aliexpress giving it to their premium customer very disappointed.

I ordered a pair of bluetooth earbuds from aliexpress and the courier is supposed to be cainiao.
I ordered it on feb10 which is well after the CNY holidays so I think it shouldn't be affected by that. My tracking number is LB321978149SG. The tracking shows it has arrived at transit country but I directly contacted Singapore post and they replied the item is still in china and haven't reached to singapore at all. I also doubt sorting items that have actually arrived in singapore would take a month.. I would like to know where is the actual location of the package instead of the false tracking being provided by every tracking websites.
