Package Stuck in Shanghaishi SHANGHAI for 1 month

My package has been stuck in ShangHaiShi for almost a full month now with no updates that it has left China. It merely says despatched from sorting center. Thanks again for the help! It's a rather urgent package for my girlfriend who lives alone overseas.
