Package stuck in Shanghai since May 20, 2020

Hello,
I would like to know the status of my package, LY096830608CN, it shipped early April and has not left China since May 20th. I understand shipping has been affected by the pandemic but other orders from China that have shipped later has been delivered already.
Has my package been lost?

Hi heather,

It's delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in this month or early August, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

My package has been stuck since the 19th of March in SHANGHAI. I want to know who can I contact for shipment updates? Putting in mind that I have contacted my local office post and they told me it's still in SHANGHAI.
