Package stuck in shanghai for over a month?

My package hasn’t updated in over a month. The last time it updated was 4/23/23 saying “leaving the [shanghai processing center] has been sealed and exported to China and the express mail has left the processing center”. the seller has talked to china post multiple times and has said it should have arrived by now or that it’s in a third country?? where is it? tracking: AQ116556200CN

Hi mara,

I suggest you wait for another 10 days to see. If it's stuck there, it's not normal. You need require the seller open a case to China Post to further check it and give you a solution.

It does not take 1 month to transfer from Hangzhou to Shanghai.. from previous experience it always updates in one day to say 'arrived in Shanghai'
