My package has been stuck in the regional sorting center in Guangzhou for 13 days now... starting to get worried it's lost?

I am trying to find the status of a package sent from New Zealand on 13 Nov 2023 ...NZ tracking number is UW293024767NZ
It arrived at Guangzhou Sorting Center on 20 November 2023....
