Package stuck in "port of departure- given to carrier"

My package which was shipped out on October 5th has been stuck with the shipping update "
Port of departure - Received by carrier" for more than 30 days now. Can anyone help me figure out if there is something wrong with my package at all? I've contacted the seller and Yanwen which is the (useless/scamming) shipping company that is handling my package. My tracking numbers are VR441146301YP and EV998129370CN. Honestly any help or what I can do to make sure I get my money back?

It was delivered to the carrier transport on October 15 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi, I have parcel with tracking number LV454185927CN. It has been stuck in transit since March 19. More specifically since Apr 5 , it has been on airline departure. How much longer do I need to wait before I should start a paypal case? Is it lost? I also noticed that tracking from china post and China EMS post is slightly different. Can you tell me which one is correct as China EMS post noted that it arrived at destination country but then had an airline departure again.

I'm expecting the package CY000397763CN that is stuck with the state "Chongqing, sent to the carrier" since march 9th:
"2021-03-09 10:24 Chongqing, sent to the carrier" (from 17track)
I've got a lot of parcels from China in the past but it was never stuck that long in one place. Usually they continue to the "Holgos Port, Xinjiang", "Dostek, Kazakhstan" etc. after a few days. There is something wrong with this package. Please check and give me more info. Thanks
