My package bearing the number RD370666995CN has been stuck in “plane entered the port” stage for over 7 days! India Post has informed me that they have not received it yet. Can someone help me connect with China Post on this issue?

Hi there,
My package with the tracking number : EV734828444CN has had no update since the 15/11/21. It has been well over 60 days since purchase was made and there has been no update and the seller is useless.
Can someone please assist as the package is due to arrive in NZ and the seller ensured that the delivery window would be between 10-15 days.

My order LY987443018CN has been on plane entered the port since 02/28 was wondering was going on

This has been here for 16 days? Why? No response from sender.
