Package stuck in “plane entered the port” stage

My package bearing the number RA262266366CN has not moved for seven days! It is in plane entered the port stage for so long. India Post says they haven’t received it. How do I contact China Post for a reply? Why is this stuck like this for so long?

My package has been stuck in “arrived at port” stage for 7 days! With no further updates. Please check and ensure the package is safely delivered.
