Package Stuck in plane as landed

Hello, I've ordered with express shipping a product one mont ago, expecting it to be delivered before the 25th of October. The date is coming and the package is stuck in "plane as landed" since the 29th of September.
Seller said they can't help but follow up.
tracking is LZ061702400CN.

Hi Ema,

Yes, you need to wait. There will be update after it arrives in Italy. To my experience, it takes about another week to reach and should be delivered in ten days.
