Package Stuck in North Houston

Hello, my package (tracking #AG093761801CN) was almost delivered to me (arrived in Syracuse, NY, the processing center closest to me) and then for some reason it went back to Houston TX. It has now been stuck there for weeks. The package was supposed to arrive in 26 days and now it's been 30. Please let me know the actual status of my package, or if it is lost.

This is what I'm saying though, it's been "out for delivery" since the 3rd and I don't even live in Texas. Please contact cloudfoams and resolve this issue immediately. I want my package or I want a refund. This is rediculous.
