Package stuck in loop

My package is kept on circling the same city over and over again
Tracking No: RV573253361CN
I found out that there's a note with Security
I didn't get what does this means
Any Help why this is happening

Hi ashutosh5786,

It couldn't be left China at present. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
