My package has been stuck in status "Departure from outward office of exchange HK IMC" for over 60+ days. Can I please get an update on this package?

I have the same problem..it was sent by surface mail from hong kong in June but the seller says it is still in transit by boat. it arrives in USA before coming to Canada he said...i don't know if this is normal
