Hi - my package (LX809242955CN) has been showing the same status since Nov 20. I understand there are some delays due to the pandemic. How long are the projected delays?

Hi Kali,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Nov. 20 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hello
according to tracking info my package stuck at Beijing almost a month time. they trying to send it,but it keeps returning for some security reasons. package contains billiard accessories -couple cue tips and cue extension,nothing to be aware. will I ever get my package? why it wont returning then to seller if there's any problem?
