Package Stuck in GZ

I am facing the same problem as everyone else - my package ( RN783270206GB ) seems to be stuck in Guangzhou and I have not received an update in over a week. I understand the situation at the airport at the moment but surely Chinapost can provide more than the standard response that they give EVERYONE. When can I see some updates on my package? What is the estimated delivery date?

Hi Daisy, appreciate your response to my question previously.. but the month is almost over and there still hasn’t been any change to the status of the package that’s stuck in GZ. is there anything Anyone can do to speed this up?
