Package stuck in Guangzhou over almost 2 months!

Hello,
I have a package that has not moved since a day after it was shipped. The seller keeps telling me to wait but I am worried it’s been taken or missing etc. It has not moved since 4/7 and shipped 4/6. Can you please assist in locating or having this package moved? I tried to call but the English was no available. :( EB742437683CN

Hi Chrisguido,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Apri 7 and is in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello.
What is currently going on with your post? I have several parcels stuck at Shenzen / Guangzhou. My registered parcels have been stuck for 2 months. I also have some Ordinary mail parcels that have also not arrived, but their last tracking shows going through Shenzen.
Other parcels that went through different region, have already arrived, despite ordering much later.
Talking to others, they also have same issue with parcels who went to Guangzhou and not arriving.
