My package has been stuck in Guangzhou since Oct 16... Just wanted to know if it's lost and I should contact the seller?

Hi kk,

It's delayed in Guangzhou. You'd better wait for another 10-20 days to see if there is any update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
