Package Stuck in Guang Zhou, Guang Dong Import Customs for 7 Days

Hello I've shipped a package from Singapore to China 3 weeks ago (11 May) The latest status show that the package has been stuck in Guang Dong import customs for 7 days now. I would like to know what happen and how can I proceed because I need to deliver to the recipient as soon as possible. Thank you. Please reply as soon as possible
