Package stuck in Fuzhou for over two weeks

Is there anyway to move this along? My friend sent me a package from the U.S. I live in Taiwan. There have been no updates since the 14th and it's been stuck in Fuzhou since the 8th I think. It's insured. I at least want my money back because this is ridiculous.

It's in transit to Taiwan now. You'd better wait for more days to get it.
