Package Stuck in Flight Departure

Hello, My Ems package RV576389068CN status has been stuck at flight departure since August 2021. I have not received any updates in months. I was wondering if you could look into this for me and let me know if the package has departed China or made it to the US?

Hi ori_bat,

It may be lost if it couldn't be delivered in three months. I suggest you contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible.

How long should I expect my parcel to take? (1 reply)

I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since. I thought EMS was usually quicker than this and I looked it up to read that EMS from China to the UK usually takes 7-20 days, but my tracking has not updated in a month.
I found tracking websites that share more detailed information however this is what I get:
