Package Stuck in EME/Customs. PLEASE HELP

My package has apparently been in processing by customs/EME since April 22nd. It’s now May 5th. Any idea why the package isn’t moving at all? And how do I get it moving?

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

my DHL package is stuck in customs. The receiver is unwilling to contact customs and pay the possible fee to release the package. How can I contact customs and pay the fee, if required, so that the package can be finally shipped to the seller. It's a return from a order.

Was stuck in customs when checked it says it's accepted does that mean it's clea (0 reply)

Received a email stating my package was stuck in customs waiting inspection. When I pulled it up it's saying accepted. Does that mean it's no longer stuck in customs and on the way to me?
