Not sure if my last question went through. If I am resending same question I apologize. My package was mailed 8/4/2020. It has been stuck in transit in China since 8/18/2020. The tracking number is CH104073434US. Please assist with locating the package if possible. I am scared it may be lost. Thank you for your assistance. Vet

It's still stuck at Beijing import swap bureau now. You need to let the receipient in China call China Post service number 11183 to ask if he needs to do something to get it.

My parcel sent from Australia to Xi'an is showing tracking of being in Customs Xi'an since 10th December. The tracking number is LK107237049AU. Why is it delayed from going to the receiver ?
