placed an order for a keyless entry key for a nissan vehicle 5 months ago and the tracking has stayed stuck at:
[Taiyuan City] Transport and import customs to keep for inspection
2021-06-21 15:21:45

If anyone can help please reply to this message as i can not contact the seller anymore and will do anything to get this parcel. thank you

Hi soarer,

It seems that you couldn't get it and it's stuck at the customs. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
