Package stuck in Customs

Hello,
I have a package stuck in customs in Beijing. The tracking number is CH122072262US. The package arrived from the USA on January 22. I was never given a form by any delivery service saying I need to pay taxes or where to pay the taxes. I received no text message either. I have no idea where this package is or how to get it.

In this case, you need to call China customs service number12360 to check.
