I was told my package CH109442119US is stuck in customs because it did not pass the customs audit even though it only contained some clothes and shoes. It has been stuck for two weeks in Shenzhen customs now so I was wondering if it will eventually be sent to the destination and how long it would take? Should my the receiver call China post to pick it up from customs?

You need to let the receiver contact the customs to declare again to the customs. Or, the receiver couldn't get it.
