Hi hamza,

It's not normal for it, you need to require the seller to open a case to China Post to check if it's lost.

Its me again the parcel now got updates but it says that its delivered since the 18th of may but i didnt receive any package and there is no information about what carrier they used in germany
AM349427870CN is the tracking number
