Hi,
A package my organization sent via USPS CH126779762US has been stuck in Chicago since March 2021. What do we need to do to get this on its way to China?

Hi Nicole,

There is no tracking information shows it arrives in China. It may be lost on the way. You need to contact USPS to check it for you.

My package is Detained at Export Swap Bureau since 10/13 but it's now been updated on 11/3 and 11/4 still as Detained at Export Swap Bureau. The seller says it's waiting for a flight out, not to worry, it will arrive.
Is that right, that it's waiting on a flight?
