Package stuck in Beijing even after saying flight has departed

Why does it say multiple times that “outbound flight has departed” but when I check the map, it still remains in Beijing? Kind of getting frustrated at all the false alarms.

Hi Elijah,

It's still waiting for the flight now. Due to the coronavirus, most of the packages are delayed. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
