Package stuck for weeks

My package has been stuck at 'Shanghai, airline transportation' for 3 weeks now. What is going on? Has it left the country and on its way or is it still in Shanghai?

Hi Jet,

It has left China and is in transit to Australia now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives after it was delivered to air transport. Please wait for more days to get update.
